XBOX Down!

XBOX online services are unavailable the day before the big Halo Campaign Evolved release. According to Alexander Cope at Windows Central, the early access to Halo was even troubled with online issues. Not even a month after massive layoffs and XBOX players seems to be feeling the consequences already.

No reason has been provided for the outage as of 9am PST. Players should continue to monitor the XBOX status page to stay up-to-date with online services. XBOX is failing its employees and consumers with no real hope in sight. Why does Microsoft/XBOX continue to pay for their mistakes with real peoples’ lives?

I’ve been with XBOX from the beginning. My uncle brought me home a OG 25 years ago and the rest was history. I am a diehard Halo fan, but I will not be playing the remaster. The mess XBOX has created needs to be corrected and leaders held accountable. Goodluck to everyone effected by the layoffs and outages. I guess I will be productive irl. My Pals can hold the base down for a while.
